Interpreter Referral Bonus Program

We’re excited to announce our new Interpreter Referral Bonus Program — designed to reward interpreters who help us grow our amazing community of language professionals!

💸 How It Works

When you refer another interpreter to our team, you’ll receive:

• $20 bonus once your referral successfully completes their first appointment.
• $5/hour bonus for all future calls that your referral completes.

That means every time your referral interprets, you earn too!

🧾 Example

If your referral completes a 2-hour call, you’ll receive $10 (2 × $5).
If they interpret 10 hours in a week, that’s $50 for you!

📋 Eligibility

• Referrals must be new interpreters (not previously registered with us).
• The referring interpreter must be actively working with us at the time of payment.
• Bonuses are paid monthly, after we confirm completed hours.

📨 How to Refer

1. Share your unique referral link or have your referral include your name when applying.
2. Make sure to talk with your referral beforehand — it’s in your best interest to refer interpreters who are reliable, professional, and actively looking to take calls.
   The more dependable your referrals are, the more consistent your ongoing bonuses will be.
3. Once your referral completes their first appointment, your bonus will appear in your next payment cycle.

As our business grows and changes, we may occasionally adjust bonus amounts or program details to reflect evolving circumstances.
If any updates are made, we’ll communicate them here before they take effect.

📄 Terms & Conditions

We want this program to be rewarding and transparent for everyone involved. To keep things clear:

• Referral bonuses are based on verified completed appointments and hours worked by your referral.
• If your referral stops taking calls, future bonus payments related to that referral will also stop.
• We may withhold or revoke bonuses in cases of false information, misuse, or other activity that violates program intent.
• This program (including bonus amounts, eligibility rules, and payment timing) may be changed or discontinued at any time. We’ll always aim to give advance notice if that happens.
• Participation in this program does not create an employment relationship or guarantee any minimum amount of work or income.
• By referring interpreters, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
